· Inform the Police and make an official Report to them.
· Report to us immediately and in case a Loss Adjuster is to be appointed, do not start clearing the evidence before his arrival.
· If temporary repairs need to be carried out, do so and advise us accordingly. Keep all Bills for such repairs.
· Complete a Claim Form and ascertain the loss.
· Start collating all the documents required to minimise delays in settlement.
